Job Responsibility

  • Meet and greet all customers on arrival to the Accident Repair Centre and ensure they receive great customer service
  • answer telephone calls from customers and colleagues, directing calls to appropriate extensions
  • replenish stocks of brochures/ tea and coffee facilities etc.
  • cover the reception phones, calling customers with progress updates on their vehicles
  • capture and record customer details on the appropriate systems
