This role is all about supporting customers and keeping our repair centre running smoothly. You’ll be a key contact for customers and insurance partners – in person, over the phone, and by email.
Job Responsibility:
Booking in customer vehicles and helping to keep repairs on track
Sharing updates clearly and on time with customers and colleagues
Managing invoices and carrying out accurate data entry
Supporting the flow of documents and information across the Bodyshop team and other departments
Requirements:
Have some Service or Bodyshop experience
Feel comfortable using IT systems (training is provided)
Notice details and like to stay organised
Can stay calm and focused when things are busy
Hold a full UK driving licence (manual and automatic)
