Job Description:

This role is all about supporting customers and keeping our repair centre running smoothly. You’ll be a key contact for customers and insurance partners – in person, over the phone, and by email.

Job Responsibility:

  • Booking in customer vehicles and helping to keep repairs on track
  • Sharing updates clearly and on time with customers and colleagues
  • Managing invoices and carrying out accurate data entry
  • Supporting the flow of documents and information across the Bodyshop team and other departments

Requirements:

  • Have some Service or Bodyshop experience
  • Feel comfortable using IT systems (training is provided)
  • Notice details and like to stay organised
  • Can stay calm and focused when things are busy
  • Hold a full UK driving licence (manual and automatic)
