We are looking for an organised Bodyshop Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day running of our bodyshop. The role involves coordinating repair administration, communicating with customers and insurers, and ensuring accurate records and processes are maintained.
Job Responsibility:
Support the daily administration of the bodyshop and workshop operations
Liaise with customers, insurance companies, technicians, and the parts department
Maintain accurate records, repair documentation, and internal systems
Monitor job progress and help communicate updates or delays to customer
Requirements:
Previous administration or customer service experience (automotive or bodyshop experience desirable)
Strong organisational and communication skills
Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Confident using computer systems and working with internal processes
