Jordan Valley Auto Body Repair is growing and expanding and in need of a Body Shop Receptionist, that has experience in customer service with the ability to multi task and will be a great team player with the other employees in the shops.
Job Responsibility:
Answering the phone
Insurance body shop billing
Taking in vehicles for estimates from customers
Scheduling estimates and vehicle repairs
Calling customer about the status their vehicles
Emailing and Faxing paperwork as needed
Working closely with the estimators and customers on repair process
Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
Minimum Education Level – Entry Level
Body Shop experience preferred but not necessary
Organization and resourcefulness
Candidate must be dependable and a team player
Experience in working on a computer system with basics such as word and excel
Ability to learn various body shop operating systems
Knowledge of body shop billing including insurance billing
Experience working in and around the body shop industry
Detail oriented
Working well within a team environment
Nice to have:
Body Shop experience preferred but not necessary
