Job Description:

Jordan Valley Auto Body Repair is growing and expanding and in need of a Body Shop Receptionist, that has experience in customer service with the ability to multi task and will be a great team player with the other employees in the shops.

Job Responsibility:

  • Answering the phone
  • Insurance body shop billing
  • Taking in vehicles for estimates from customers
  • Scheduling estimates and vehicle repairs
  • Calling customer about the status their vehicles
  • Emailing and Faxing paperwork as needed
  • Working closely with the estimators and customers on repair process
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
  • Minimum Education Level – Entry Level
  • Body Shop experience preferred but not necessary
  • Organization and resourcefulness
  • Candidate must be dependable and a team player
  • Experience in working on a computer system with basics such as word and excel
  • Ability to learn various body shop operating systems
  • Knowledge of body shop billing including insurance billing
  • Experience working in and around the body shop industry
  • Detail oriented
  • Working well within a team environment
