Job Description:

A growing plaintiffs’ firm seeks a Bodily Injury Litigation Attorney in Chicago. In this role, you will have autonomy over a caseload with support from an experienced team. My client offers long-term growth and upward mobility.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage bodily injury cases from suit through trial
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
  • Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations
  • Develop case strategy and conduct legal research
  • Negotiate with carriers and opposing counsel
  • Communicate case updates to clients
  • Prepare matters for trial

Requirements:

  • Active Illinois Bar in good standing
  • 1+ years of personal injury litigation experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Illinois civil procedure
  • Excellent writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills
  • Ability to independently manage a caseload
  • Bilingual is a plus
