Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated Boat & Truck Driver to join our team.

Requirements:

  • Experience driving pick up trucks, with trailers up to 40 feet
  • Have a valid Restricted A Ontario Driver's Licence
  • Have a valid Pleasure Craft Operator Card
  • Have experience driving, docking, launching, and loading large and small boats
  • Must be reliable, punctual, organized, and able to work within tight deadlines
  • Must be able to work some weekends and holidays
  • Must provide proof of licences and a Driver's Abstract

  • Support light vehicle and trailer repairs such as truck battery, tire, and fluids maintenance and trailer checks and maintenance
  • Conduct digital inspections on trailers and vessels as part of the transportation process and vessel life cycle
  • Assist in the make ready process of vessels including but not limited to unwrapping vessels, staging safety equipment like life jackets, applying registration numbers and boat names, and applying bottom paint
  • Assist with the retirement process of vessels including but not limited to cleaning and buffing of vessels and removing all equipment
  • Assist in inventory tracking and tidiness of the MOC
  • Drive vessels to and from ramps if needed
