Join a growing team of experienced sales professionals at an award-winning dealership located directly on a world class lake. As a Sales Representative you will be responsible for assisting qualified buyers through the sales process pipeline and closing the sale through relationship building, expertise, and friendly customer service.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered, and teaming up with co-workers to provide excellent sales service
  • Delivering an elevated sales experience, outstanding customer service, and quality operational expectations
  • Meeting and exceeding annual sales goals set through collaborative discussions, and head office direction
  • Maintaining personal, productivity, and training goals
  • Connect with every lead through consistent communication channels and follow ups with immediacy
  • Ability to learn and share expertise of products and trends to fit customer’s needs
  • Maintain an awareness of all product knowledge

  • Provide in-depth and knowledgeable on-the-water orientations and water tests with clients in a professional manner

  • Peak season on-site attendance required weekdays and weekends, with flexible hours in the off-months

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of direct-to-consumer sales with Marine Sales an asset
  • Marine knowledge a must (either through personal experience or industry knowledge)
  • Valid Boaters License
  • Confident and comfortable engaging with customers to deliver an elevated experience
  • Motivated to achieve great results because of your enthusiasm to create relationships and interacting with customers and high-end recreational products
  • Initiate completion of tasks or activities without necessary supervision and independently turns leads in to sales
