Job Responsibility:

  • Clean, wash, wax, and polish boats to the highest standard of quality
  • Perform interior and exterior detailing, including vacuuming, wiping, and deep-cleaning surfaces
  • Inspect finished work to ensure customer satisfaction and consistent presentation
  • Assist with preparation of boats for delivery, storage, or customer pickup
  • Maintain detailing equipment, cleaning supplies, and a tidy work environment
  • Support other departments when needed to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and reliability in a fast-paced, seasonal environment
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, and perform hands-on tasks throughout the day
