This is a key pastoral role centred on supporting students’ academic progress, personal development, and tarbiya. The successful candidate will help maintain a structured, disciplined, and nurturing boarding environment, acting as a positive role model and supporting students in their daily routines and welfare. Key Responsibilities * Provide day-to-day pastoral care and supervision of boarding students * Maintain a safe, structured, and disciplined boarding environment * Support students’ academic focus and personal development * Promote tarbiya and positive Islamic character and values * Administer medication in line with school policies and procedures * Liaise effectively with parents regarding student welfare and day-to-day matters * Supervise students during boarding hours, including evenings and routines * Support with office and administrative activities where required * Contribute to the wider life of the school and boarding provision * Act as a consistent and positive role model for students What We’re Looking For * Experience working with young people, ideally in a Madrasa environment * Strong commitment to Islamic values and student development * Energetic, proactive, and resilient approach * Good interpersonal and communication skills * Ability to manage behaviour and maintain high standards * Comfortable living on-site in basic accommodation * Strong sense of responsibility, safeguarding awareness, and professionalism Why Join Us Join a values-driven educational environment where you can play an important role in supporting students’ welfare, discipline, and character development within boarding life.
