Job Description:

We are looking for a capable corporate professional to provide critical cover for an 8-10 week period, commencing early June. This role provides high-level support to the secretariat and legal functions, assisting with the coordination of board materials and general legal administration.

Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinating agendas and collating papers for upload to the board portal
  • Facilitating document execution via electronic signature platforms and maintaining company registers
  • Assisting with corporate compliance lodgements and general stakeholder communications
  • Managing the intake and allocation of matters within the internal legal management system
  • Preparing purchase orders and arranging payment of invoices for the department
  • Maintaining document receipt registers and coordinating travel and diary management for the team
  • Providing administrative support for departmental reporting and annual insurance renewals

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Paralegal, Legal Support, or Governance-focused EA position
  • Availability to commence at the beginning of June and commit to the full 8-10 week duration
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, electronic signature software, and board portal administration
  • Prior experience using a Legal Management System to track matters or contract workflows is highly regarded
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritise a large workload within a time-critical environment
  • Highly organised with outstanding time management skills and strong attention to detail
