Board Certified Behavior Analyst

• Conduct skills and functional behavior assessments
• Develop and implement individualized behavior support plans
• Train and supervise behavior technicians and other caregivers
• Collaborate with families
• Oversee clinical programs
• Monitor staff
• Generate progress reports
• Submit assessment, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual IPP reports
• Conduct functional assessments
• Develop, implement and monitor Behavior Support Plans
• Assess and train direct support staff
• Conduct staff training using Behavior Skills Training (BST)
• Provide consistent treatment per recommended hours

• BCBA license
• MA/MS, or Doctorate (e.g., PdD, EdD) in behavior analysis, psychology, or related discipline
• Must legally be authorized to work in the United States
• Possess a California driver’s license and have proof of automobile insurance
• Must provide verification of negative TB test and criminal background check
• Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25–50 pounds
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, reach, or kneel frequently
• Visual and auditory ability to observe client behavior
• Mobility to work in a clinical environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
