Job Description:

As a BCBA at Action Behavior, you play a pivotal role in transforming the lives of the children we serve. Your expertise and dedication ensure that we fulfill our promises to our families. Our training is built on three core principles: Helping teammates learn the basics of ABA therapy, staying updated with research, and improving clinical skills.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging
  • Supervise and Mentor RBTs to support consistent, high-quality care
  • Collaborate with Families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth
  • Deliver Evidence-Based Therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment

Requirements:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Master's degree in ABA or related field
  • experience supervising RBTs
  • ability to develop treatment plans
  • collaborative skills with families

  • Total Compensation Package from $84,500 to $120,000 annually
  • opportunity to earn MORE based on center size, mentorship of RBT’s and supervision of assigned trainees
