Common Ground Learning, powered by Finni Health, is seeking a passionate and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic, mission-driven team! At Common Ground Learning, we provide high-quality ABA services to neurodivergent individuals ages 1–18 across Boise and the Treasure Valley. We specialize in creating individualized, meaningful treatment programs that support growth in communication, social skills, and independence, empowering individuals to build and maintain meaningful relationships and reach their fullest potential. Our Progressive approach to ABA empowers BCBAs with professional autonomy, encouraging clinical judgment and in-the-moment decision-making while delivering a thoughtful, learner-centered curriculum for individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. We aim to foster growth in communication and social behavior, empowering individuals to make and maintain meaningful relationships and to reach their full potential.
