Early Childhood BCBA Opportunity! Join Our Growing Team and Make a Significant Impact! Summit Behavior Company, powered by Finni Health, is seeking a passionate and skilled part-time Early Childhood BCBA to join our dynamic team! We are dedicated to supporting neurodivergent children through Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (NDBI) and collaborative, family-centered approaches.

Job Responsibility

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIP)
  • Implement behavior plans and provide ongoing monitoring and evaluation
  • Provide direct behavior intervention services in various settings
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals
  • Provide training and support to parents and caregivers
  • Maintain accurate records and data collection
  • Participate in team meetings and case consultations

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Current BCBA certification from the BACB
  • School and in home experience required
  • Valid state licensure (Georgia)
  • Experience in early childhood development and education. Ages 2-6
  • Knowledge of ABA principles and NDBI
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work evenings
  • Ability to provide in home and community based services
  • BCBA or BCaBA certification (Required)
