As a BCBA, you’ll work closely with children and their families, providing compassionate and effective behavior therapy. You’ll have the support of a skilled clinical team and structured supervision to help you succeed and grow in your role.
Job Responsibility:
Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments of patients with developmental disabilities and autism
Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
Provide behavioral therapy and support to patients
Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in behavioral health
Requirements:
Passionate, dependable, and committed to positive client outcomes
Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities or autism
Strong knowledge of behavioral assessment techniques and interventions
Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Proficient in behavioral therapy techniques and strategies
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong interpersonal skills for working with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate medical documentation
A valid BCBA credential from the BACB in good standing is required
