Job Description:

As a professional in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will play a pivotal role in delivering evidence-based, transformative care to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other intellectual/developmental disabilities. Your commitment to creating supportive environments will empower our clients to achieve their full potential for a higher quality of life. We are currently looking for a talented BCBA to work in our adult division within the San Fernando Valley area.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct skills and functional behavior assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior support plans
  • Train and supervise behavior technicians and other caregivers
  • Collaborate with families to promote positive outcomes

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Experience as a Behavior Consultant / BCBA in developing and implementing ABA therapy programs for individuals with autism or other developmental disorders
  • In-depth knowledge of behavior analysis and behavior modification principles
  • Proficient in conducting functional behavior assessments and behavior intervention plans
  • Ability to supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other ABA paraprofessionals
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with data collection, analysis, and reporting
  • Familiarity with ethical guidelines and professional conduct standards as outlined by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Ability to collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to support the client’s treatment goals
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
  • Must pass a criminal background check and Tuberculosis (TB) test
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
