Job Description

Make a difference in the lives of children with autism. Up and Up ABA is seeking dedicated BCBAs to join our team and provide ABA services across New Mexico. We offer a supportive environment where you can use your skills to create positive change.

Job Responsibility

  • Supervise behavioral therapists on assigned cases
  • Develop ABA curriculum and behavior intervention plans
  • Analyze data and prepare reports on progress and strategies
  • Collaborate with parents and case managers to ensure high-quality care

Requirements

  • BCBA certification from the BACB
  • Experience working with children with autism

Nice to have

Bilingual in English/Spanish
