Job Responsibility:

  • Develop Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging
  • Supervise and Mentor RBTs to support consistent, high-quality care
  • Collaborate with Families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth
  • Deliver Evidence-Based Therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment

Requirements:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Develop Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging
  • Supervise and Mentor RBTs to support consistent, high-quality care
  • Collaborate with Families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth
  • Deliver Evidence-Based Therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment
What we offer:
  • Total Compensation Package from $84,500 to $119,000 annually
  • Opportunity to earn MORE based on center size, mentorship of RBTs and supervision of assigned trainees
  • Competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long-term ownership in the company
  • BCBA's become eligible for long-term ownership upon promotion to the Sr. BCBA role
  • Monthly Performance Bonuses - uncapped
  • Sign On Bonus up to $10,000 based on start date and location
  • Mentorship Bonuses for providing supervision hours to an RBT pursuing their Master's in ABA
  • Certification Bonuses for each therapist who becomes certified under your supervision
  • Relocation Packages available
