Job Description

As a BCBA at Action Behavior, you play a pivotal role in transforming the lives of the children we serve. Develop Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging. Supervise and Mentor RBTs to support consistent, high-quality care. Collaborate with Families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth. Deliver Evidence-Based Therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment.

Requirements

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • ability to supervise and mentor RBTs
  • experience developing treatment plans
  • knowledge of evidence-based ABA therapy
