Job Description:

As a BCBA at Action Behavior Centers, you will develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, collaborate with families, and deliver evidence-based therapy.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging
  • Supervise and Mentor RBTs to support consistent, high-quality care
  • Collaborate with Families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth
  • Deliver Evidence-Based Therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment

Requirements:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Experience supervising RBTs
  • Ability to develop treatment plans
  • Knowledge of evidence-based ABA therapy
