Immediate opening for full caseload or part time hourly, HYBRID REMOTE available. Seeking passionate and compassionate clinicians! Thrive Therapy is a small, warm, and supportive company. Job Responsibility

  • Team supervisor
  • develop positive relationships with clients, their families, and staff
  • Supervision of behavior technicians
  • weekly hands on training and monitoring programs
  • Treatment planning of client's individualized clinical program and analyzing their effectiveness
  • Parent training
  • developing positive relationships with parents and weekly training sessions to teach them ABA principles
  • Assessment of client progress over time
  • Flexible scheduling
  • Choose your own hours and locations
