Job Description

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Up and Up ABA • Remote • Serving New Mexico. $75,000 – $95,000 per year • Full-time | Part-time. No NM residency required. Job Responsibility

  • Remotely supervise RBTs and behavioral therapists on assigned cases across New Mexico
  • Develop ABA curricula and behavior intervention plans
  • Analyze data and prepare progress reports and treatment strategies
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and case managers to ensure high-quality care
  • Conduct telehealth sessions and remote parent/caregiver training

Requirements

  • Active BCBA certification from the BACB
  • Experience working with children with autism
  • No New Mexico residency required — open to candidates nationwide
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a strong plus — especially welcome for candidates serving our Spanish-speaking NM families
  • Reliable internet connection and suitable remote work setup
