Job Description

We are looking to recruit an ambitious and successful individual to become our BMW Motorrad Brand Manager at Sytner Stevenage as we prepare to launch the exciting world of Motorrad BMW Bikes in Hertfordshire.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee the management and development of the entire BMW Motorrad sales operation
  • Lead and inspire a team of Sales Executives and Business Managers
  • Coach and mentor individuals and team competence
  • Maximise opportunities to meet sales and profit targets
  • Effective enquiry management
  • Ensure optimum stock of BMW Motorrad Approved used/new bikes is available at all times
  • Work closely with Aftersales centre to ensure customers are looked after throughout the purchase and customer support journey

Requirements

  • History of outstanding results in a similar position within the Motor Bike industry
