Job Description

Sytner Tring is recruiting a Retail / Business Manager (Sales Led / Customer Facing) to join our high performing retail team. The role will primarily be based at the MINI site but cross over into supporting the BMW team too. This is a hands on sales leadership role. The successful candidate will spend the vast majority of their time directly with customers, leading from the front by selling Finance & Insurance products at an elite level. This role sits at the heart of the sales floor and is integral to vehicle deliveries, customer experience and commercial performance.

  • Be the finance point of contact for your market(s) incl. BMW & MINI
  • Preparation and communication of business recommendations and reports towards management (incl. management of the Regional Headquarter and Local Offices)
  • Challenge management on business activities and ensure informed decisions are being made to maximize profitability
  • Identify areas for improvement proactively (e.g. profitability initiatives)
  • Consolidate month end actual results, analyze Cost of Retail spend versus budget/plan, derive recommended actions and communicate to management
  • Collaborate with the wider team to plan the contribution margin for BMW/ MINI cars within the official Forecast and Budget process
  • Analyze quarterly Sales campaign programs and provide analysis to management
  • Ensure timely and accurate bonus payments towards the BMW Dealer Network.
