Requirements

4-5 years of experience in a relevant position (power/infrastructure projects)
Engineering Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Previous experience in MEP design process
Knowledge and Familiarization of HVAC automation, BMS systems and HVAC system selection
Excellent knowledge of the English language
Knowledge of other languages shall be considered an additional asset
Knowledge and familiarization with European Directives and Industrial Standards such as ASME, EN, BS and ISO
Strong knowledge of computer applications, especially MS Office, autoCAD
Critical thinking & troubleshooting capability
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Responsibility

Co-ordination of the mechanical design process
Reviewing mechanical studies (i.e., HVAC systems design, BMS design, Fire protection, Plumbing/Piping systems and related mechanical building systems) to meet project, local code, and contractual requirements
Collaborating closely with project teams in UK and Greece
Managing the design review process for client approval
Preparation of RFQs for mechanical equipment
Co-ordination of sub-contractors and sub-consultants
Providing technical support to the site team
Developing, reviewing, and monitoring mechanical works, including associated budgets and schedules
Assisting with and reviewing estimates for assigned projects
Making site visits as required
