Job Responsibility

  • Undertake preventative maintenance and diagnostics on building control systems
  • Produce concise reports from PPM visits
  • Keep various schedules and trackers of maintenance works up to date
  • Carry out small repairs & remedial works
  • Provide routine inspections of BMS equipment
  • Respond to customer service calls in the event of a system failure
  • Document service activities, including maintenance tasks, repairs, and client interactions

Requirements

  • Familiar with Schneider EcoStruxure
  • Experience with Tridium, Trend & IQVision, ALC advantageous
  • Experience within the building controls industry
  • Understanding of mechanical plant
  • Experience within data centre environments favourable
  • Proven diagnostic skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Located within comfortable travelling distance of Slough/West Drayton/Hayes
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Hold a CSCS skill card or equivalent
  • PC literate
  • Required to be on call for emergency or breakdown purposes, on a rota basis
  • Right to work in the UK
