Job Responsibility

To ensure that all Health and Safety and PTW systems are administered correctly
Maintaining and keeping the buildings mechanical systems along with all associated component parts in excellent working repair
Routine tests, checks and record keeping for all the buildings systems through traditional methods and use of building analytics and predictive maintenance techniques
Maintain water systems and all records to the highest standard in accordance with L8 Legislation
alongside the designated Water Treatment Engineer
Undertake regular walk-rounds of Customer areas and plant rooms to note and rectify any defects and to maintain in a clean, tidy and safe environment
Liaise and arrange sub-contractor support and effectively manage and control all sub-contractors
To monitor the buildings environmental temperature, humidity, and space conditions and ensuring that they are maintained in accordance with the business requirement for comfortable working conditions within the office environment using systems within the IFN [Integrated Facilities Network]
To monitor and adjust as deemed necessary systems within the IFN (BMS, lighting, metering)
Provide innovative solutions to improve building, plant and system energy efficiency

Experience overseeing small works, remedials or minor projects within a service environment

Job Responsibility

Ensure Lead Engineers are effectively managing engineers, technical escalations, site quality, and customer interface
Maintain oversight of engineering headcount, skills mix, resource planning and regional capacity modelling
Monitor and lead performance across reactive tasks, PPM delivery, remedials, and remote interventions

Review contract terms regularly, identifying risks, variations, or improvement opportunities
Ensure all documentation, site records, drawings, and service agreements remain accurate and up to date
Support sales as and when required
Maintain structured contract governance including service reporting, audit trails, compliance checks, and documented performance reviews
Utilise service management systems to plan, track and monitor all reactive, PPM and remedial activities across the estate
Build strong working relationships with retail client representatives, FM partners, and internal teams
Hold regular review meetings, providing performance updates, reporting, and long‑term renewal planning
Act as the primary escalation point for service issues, complaints, and contract queries
