My client, who is the UK’s largest and leading independent systems integrator of Building Energy Management Systems is looking for an experienced BMS Project Manager to its Major Projects division in Central London, where you'll work on some of the UK’s most prestigious and technically demanding building management system (BMS) installations. Working on large-scale commercial developments, in Central London that offer complexity, variety, and genuine opportunities for professional development you will be tasked with Managing the entire delivery process of projects from internal handover to completion and be the single point of contact for the projects Ensuring that all BMSI governance and Health & Safety procedures are understood and followed Taking responsibility of all costs, understand the budgets and plan completion costs to achieve or improve budget Providing reports and updates as required, both internally and externally Developing project programmes and provide regular updates and drop-line updates Working closely with internal team members, contractors and sub-contractors to ensure a consistent and smooth project delivery, as well as managing the expectations of all external stakeholders.
