Our client, a professional services partner working with a major fashion brand in Los Angeles, CA, is looking to hire a BlueCherry ERP Support Analyst for a 3-month onsite contract. The consultant will be working with BlueCherry ERP running Dynamics 365. BlueCherry is the core apparel PLM/ERP with D365 handling financials. The consultant will serve as a bridge between the business and technical side in control of apparel operational workflows and technical system infrastructure. This role focuses on supporting, configuring, and integrating BlueCherry with Dynamics 365, managing EDI, and optimizing data flow for production, inventory, and sales. The consultant will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimizing reports and dashboards using BlueCherry’s report builder and PowerBI.

Requirements:
3+ years in technical support, systems analysis, or ERP implementation, with specific experience in BlueCherry ERP
Deep understanding of fashion/apparel wholesale, production, inventory management, and PLM workflows
Hands-on experience with SQL (writing queries, troubleshooting SQL Agent Jobs), IIS (app pools, SSL), and API/EDI mapping
Familiarity with Dynamics 365 (Finance/Business Central) for financial reconciliation and data exchange
Ability to work cross-functionally, communicating technical issues to non-technical stakeholders (Merchandising, Production, Finance)
