Job Description

We are currently seeking a Blue Prism Developer to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Job Responsibility

  • Design, develop, and deploy robotic process automation (RPA) solutions using Blue Prism
  • Implement best practices for RPA development to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and maintainability
  • Monitor and support existing RPA processes in production to ensure seamless operations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Blue Prism automations
  • Provide timely updates and resolutions for incidents and service requests
  • Analyze and optimize existing RPA processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational risks
  • Stay up-to-date with Blue Prism updates and industry best practices to ensure the organization leverages the latest features and functionalities
  • Generate regular reports on the performance and status of RPA systems
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Blue Prism Developer with a strong understanding of RPA concepts and best practices
  • Experience in providing production support for RPA applications
  • Strong knowledge of process analysis, design, and implementation
  • Blue Prism - 4+ yrs

Nice to have

  • Blue Prism Developer Certification
  • Experience with other RPA tools such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere
