Job Description

Join TUI Hotels & Resorts as a BLUE Guide and use every day as an opportunity to make our hotel guests’ holiday experiences unforgettable. You will be part of our dedicated hotel team providing a local face-to-face service and guiding guests through the digital services we offer, including the sales tools available to them whilst on holiday. This role is located at our TUI BLUE Kalamota Island Resorts, Koločep, Dubrovnik, Croatia. Due to work permit restrictions, we are only able to accept applications applying as EU Nationals.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist and advise guests during their hotel stay and expertly match them to the right service or sales opportunities available
  • As a local expert, you will recommend the best things for them to be doing whilst on their holiday, and ensure they discover the best the hotel and destination has to offer
  • Be on hand to confidently ‘Solve on the Spot’ all guest issues relating to the hotel experience overall
  • Be part of the TUI hotel operation team and inspire guests with your passion and motivation to deliver the best service possible

Requirements

  • A consistently happy colleague and great team player
  • A true people person - confident communicating with international guests, whilst remaining calm and empathetic when problems for our guests occur
  • Willing to learn the demands of the job, the technology needed to do it and all about our incredible products and services
  • Languages required – Fluent English is required for this role
  • Local and other European languages would be advantageous
  • Due to work permit restrictions, we are only able to accept applications applying as EU Nationals
