Job Description

The Bloomberg Arts Internship (BAI) program in Los Angeles County connects rising public high school seniors with paid summer internships at arts and cultural organizations, where they will learn valuable skills that prepare them for success in higher education or any career field. The program includes intensive college-readiness preparation and professional development, including mentorship and weekly workshops, field trips to cultural institutions, and the opportunity to continue through a school-year extension.

Job Responsibility

  • 3 internship days per week at a dynamic arts or cultural organization
  • complete 120 hours of paid work over the 8-week internship period
  • attend 2 Program Days per week at designated Regional Hub

Requirements

  • Live and attend public high school in San Fernando Valley, Metro Los Angeles, or South Los Angeles
  • entering senior year in fall 2026
  • able to work in the United States legally
  • not a current or former employee of the internship worksite
  • not a relative of any current employees, board members, trustees, officers, or directors of the worksite

  • Strategically engage with all levels across the enterprise to improve processes and risk control, resolve client issues while achieving Wells Fargo’s business objectives, and represent the company externally
