Job Description:

Partner Facing Project Manager at Ledger driving the delivery of services, integrations and activations to Partners and Blockchain Foundations. Responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring successful project delivery and Partner satisfaction from initiation to completion.

Job Responsibility:

Driving the delivery of services, integrations and activations to Partners and Blockchain Foundations
Leading cross-functional teams
Managing project timelines and budgets
Ensuring successful project delivery and Partner satisfaction
Project planning and initiation
Team leadership and management
Project execution and monitoring
Quality assurance and project closure
Managing and arbitrating resources
Ensuring accurate and timely invoicing of partners

Requirements:

Proven experience (5 years) in project management
preferably in a technical integration capacity
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g. JIRA)
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
Experience in the Web3 or Blockchain Industry
