Working as part of a highly successful team and wider business support network, you will play a key role in making sure clients are happy and receive value for money. You will be working on some of the capitals prime buildings offering exposure to new technology, exciting projects A list clients.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage portfolio in accordance with regulations
  • Dealing with client enquiries both via phone and email and taking the appropriate actions
  • Attending client meetings and regular site visits
  • Overseeing site staff operations
  • Overseeing contractors performance and any maintenance issues
  • Preparing and monitoring budgets
  • Overseeing building compliance management
  • Overseeing Section 20 Processes
  • Coordinating operations and back office Teams to ensure your buildings remain in top form
  • Working with internal departments to ensure your building remain clean, save and pleasant for residents

Requirements

  • TPI qualification and demonstrable post qualification experience
  • Good understanding of Residential Property Management and current legislation
  • Well-developed interpersonal and oral communications skills
  • Interpersonal skills and customer focused
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Good literacy and numerical skills
  • Diplomacy
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure
