Job Responsibility:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for RMC directors and leaseholders
  • Conducting regular site visits to ensure buildings are maintained to the highest standards

  • Overseeing local contractors to ensure high standards of maintenance
  • Managing claims and renewals in tandem with specialist brokers
