Job Purpose Efficiently execute and complete production tasks to ensure timely shipment while meeting safety, environmental, and quality requirements. Cooperate with various departments to continuously improve production efficiency and equipment utilization rates and reduce energy consumption.
Job Responsibility:
Strictly follow the steps in the work instructions to complete assigned production tasks on time, with high quality and quantity
Confirm and prepare the material, then do the addition, blending, heating, and other operations as required by the process
Accurately and clearly record production and process records, and correctly use the WMS system
Strictly adhere to the company's working hours and discipline
Clearly and accurately complete the handover of work for each shift
Transfer the base oil from storage tank terminal or tank trucks to raw material tank
Proficient in operating forklifts and other transportation tools to ensure the normal operation of production
Collect data and accurately record it on batch cards, while maintaining proper archiving of records
Participate in on-site audits and monitoring related to quality and safety
Be responsible for quality control during the production process, and immediately stop production and report to the supervisor (team leader) in case of quality issues
Actively participate in continuous improvement activities
Ensure that operations comply with EHS and quality requirements
Actively participate in activities organized by the EHS and quality departments, and promptly clean and organize the work area and jurisdiction to maintain good 5S standards in the blending workshop
Be able to independently complete basic maintenance and inspection of production-related equipment, as well as necessary spot checks of equipment and utilities

Requirements:
High school or technical school graduation or above
At least 3 years of experience as a production operator in the chemical or related industries
Preference for those with experience in lean production and TPM skills
Forklift license required
Preference for those with skills and experience in bulk raw material handling, feeding, blending, and operating fully automatic filling lines
Preference for those with operational skills and experience in DCS, SAP, and WMS systems
