Job Description:

We’re looking for a Blender Operator to join our dynamic Production team and play a pivotal role in crafting exceptional products in the plastics manufacturing industry. If you are interested and would love a straight afternoon or night shift, please apply now.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee the blending of pigments, bulk ingredients, and resin with precision, following strict mixing guidelines
Accurately identify and handle blends, ensuring the highest quality standards
Implement FIFO (First-In, First-Out) practices for efficient material usage
Operate equipment such as high-intensity mixers, ribbon blenders, and drum tumblers to achieve uniform blends
Maintain clean and organized blending and resin handling systems
Work independently, demonstrating urgency, motivation, and a commitment to safety

Requirements:

Must be comfortable wearing a respirator
Smoke free environment even on breaks
Forklift experience required
