  • maintain team performance and stay updated on industry trends
  • for Podium Speaker: inspire and engage prospective buyers through compelling presentations
  • act as the face of the company in showcasing the benefits of vacation ownership
  • support the sales team by providing motivation and enthusiasm in group presentations
  • ensure compliance with all regulations while delivering exceptional guest experiences

  • for Senior Sales Manager: minimum of two (2) years experience as a Timeshare Sales Associate
  • proven ability to drive results (VPG, closing rates)

  • for Podium Speaker: charismatic speaker with excellent presentation skills
  • previous experience in public speaking, sales, or hospitality preferred
  • ability to connect with diverse audiences and encourage guest engagement
  • flexible schedule to accommodate peak sales times (weekends, evenings)
