Job Responsibility:

Act as bartender and server for the Bistro, lobby (if applicable) and lounge areas
Follows established policies, procedures and core service standards, and assists with food preparation as directed or needed
Organizes, orders, stocks and serves food and beverage in the Bistro and adjoining areas such as the lobby or lounge

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate
Must meet state specific age requirements to serve alcoholic beverages
Three years' experience as a Barista or two years' experience as a bartender preferred
