The Bioprocess Sales Specialist Filtration Leader is responsible to drive the Filtration portfolio product management, which includes sales rigor, product life cycle management. This position reports to the Bioprocess Commercial Leader and is part of the Biotechnology India Commercial team located in Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad and will be working remotely to cover South Asian market include India, Sri Lanka, Nepal and Bangladesh. Job Responsibility
Responsible for leading the Filtration modality sales specialist team and driving profitable growth, market leadership, and customer impact across the bioprocess filtration portfolio
Primary owner of filtration strategy and execution, bridging account teams, application specialists, product management, and marketing to deliver differentiated, value‑based solutions to pharmaceutical and life science customers
Ensuring technical excellence, strong commercial execution, and disciplined operating rhythm, while developing talent and building a high‑performance specialist organization aligned to bioprocess workflows and customer priorities
Requirements
Master’s in biology or its allied field with greater than 15 years of exposure
Sound knowledge on customer buying journey and product positioning skills
Ability to collaborate with different business verticals and support team to drive the total solutions the customer
Strong people management skills
Candidate should have Player–Coach Mindset
Knowledge on process economics, and costing models
