Provide on-site consulting and guidance to physicians and Operating Room (OR) personnel by evaluating options and problem-solving during surgery to maximize Digital OR product efficiency and usage. Manage and maintain the installed base, including hardware and basic 3rd-party integrations. Analyze and resolve product issues for Digital OR systems at assigned accounts through detailed diagnostics, technical documentation, and critical thinking. Utilize engineering expertise to recommend product improvements as part of the quality enhancement process. Support Go Live launches and complex system implementations (based on availability). Drive customer utilization by optimizing workflows and introducing special applications. Act as an escalation point for technical regional issues. Educate and train physicians and hospital personnel—including OR staff, Biomedical, and Information Technology teams—on the use of Digital OR products and services. Develop and conduct training programs for hospital staff to enable in- house training capabilities. Act as the primary customer liaison, maintaining regular contact, assessing satisfaction and usage levels, and providing recommendations to improve adoption. Collaborate with Application Consultants, Account Managers, and Marketing teams on market transparency, upgrade initiatives, demos/evaluations, and R&D projects. Attend meetings and trade shows to demonstrate and promote Digital OR products and services. Stay current on Digital OR and competitive products through ongoing training, research, and analysis. Provide regular input for team calls/meetings by sharing best practices, technical knowledge, and workflow optimizations. Maintain accurate documentation of activities and working hours in Salesforce. Perform advanced technical troubleshooting, including audio, video, control, and network signal analysis to isolate and resolve complex system issues. Conduct periodic preventative maintenance and other duties as required. Ability to travel 25%. Salary range 70-85K.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Biomedical Engineering or related field
Experience with server, network, or virtualization infrastructure within an enterprise environment
Ability to perform complex and time-critical tasks with optimum effectiveness and efficiency with little or no supervision in high-pressure situations
Strong technical knowledge of analog and digital electronic technology as it pertains to audio visual systems and equipment, including video teleconferencing (Polycom and Tandberg) and streaming media
1-3 years of experience in a technical support role preferably for a healthcare company or Provider
Proficient in the use of PC software applications including Microsoft Office
Self-motivated, detail oriented and a proven history of ability to make independent decisions
Nice to have
Knowledge with DICOM, HL7 and EMH / EHR workflow desirable
Knowledge of surgical procedures, anatomy and medical terminology preferred
