Job Description:

As part of the development of Ipsilon, we are recruiting a Manager to supervise a team of Patent Engineers specialized in the fields of Biology. The position is based in Paris.

Job Responsibility:

Supervise a team of Patent Engineers specialized in Biology
Ensure monitoring and reporting of team's contribution
Ensure balance of workload and distribution of tasks
Maintain high level of commitment among team members
Ensure compliance with rules in place (procedures, absences, schedules, etc.)
Supervise invoicing
Expand and diversify the firm's patent clientele
Support team members during strategic meetings
Help strengthen firm's reputation by actively participating in external events
Assist clients in obtaining, maintaining, exploiting, or defending their patents

Requirements:

Higher education in engineering and/or medicine
Industrial property consultant and European attorney
Experience in team management
Fluent in English
Team spirit
Dynamism
Kindness
