Job Description:

Contract through the end of the year | Hybrid: 3 days/week onsite in Boston. We are seeking a Biologics Commercial Supply Chain Coordinator to support supply planning and execution for a late‑stage biologics program. This role will own day‑to‑day planning activities, support S&OP, manage inventory planning, and partner with external manufacturing to ensure reliable supply.

Job Responsibility:

  • Execute monthly biologics supply planning and support S&OP activities
  • Develop supply scenarios, demand forecasts, and inventory plans
  • Plan materials from raw materials through finished goods
  • Partner with external manufacturing to align capacity and materials
  • Identify supply risks and support mitigation planning
  • Track key supply chain KPIs and support continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of supply chain planning experience in pharma/biotech
  • Biologics supply planning experience required
  • Experience working in a global supply chain environment
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and cross‑functional skills
  • Experience with Oracle OPM and Kinaxis RapidResponse / Maestro
  • Bachelor’s degree required
