Job Description:

Natural and recombinant antigens and/or antibodies production. Conjugation with internally and/or externally synthesized small molecules.

Job Responsibility:

  • Autonomous management of the various phases of the entire Biochemical production process (cleaning instrumentation and devices, buffer preparation, mixing/pooling/dilutions, pre-treatment/treatment of raw materials/cell breaks, conjugations, organic synthesis, chromatographic purifications, sterile and non-sterile filtration, distribution/labelling/storage of the BRM finished product) according to the assigned periodic schedule
  • Verification and recording of the raw data, also with reference to good manufacturing practices and safety standards rules
  • Autonomous management of all other laboratory activities with reference to GMP (material recovery, equipment management, laboratory management, etc.)
  • Manufacturing product in according to worksheets and procedures
  • Laboratory equipment use (chromatographs, spectrophotometers, cell disruptors, pH meters, balances, centrifuges, etc)
  • Management of equipment and reagent in according to safety standard rules

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Technical and Scientific Subjects
  • Two years of professional experience
  • Good knowledge of GMP rules and company quality systems
  • Use of basic PC and Office suite
  • Basic knowledge of chromatographic techniques
  • Ability to prepare simple and complex solutions
