Work independently
Perform all laboratory functions involved in Tissue Culture such as Hybridoma roller bottle cell culture, ascites production, insect cell shaker culture, recombinant protein production, in-process assays and safety procedures
Learn sterile technique and make antibodies
Complete assigned tissue culture procedures with good quality by following SOPs and batch records
Perform data entries timely and properly
Learn more procedures regularly based on production requirements
Finish assignments on time to help keep up Tissue Culture productivity
Complete individual training plan based on approved IIGs annually
Work closely with senior biochemist to ensure assignments are done properly before due dates
Support and participate in continuous improvement projects as identified by the Executive Steering Committee and assigned by the manager

BS degree at a 4 year degree program in Science or equivalent combination of related education and experience
