Job Responsibility
Be accountable for overseeing process-oriented projects related to equipment and systems, integrating product, engineering, Digitalization and automation components
Address minor and major investigations across product, engineering, and automation domains
Execute process and equipment-oriented projects, integrating product, engineering, digitalization and automation components
Facilitate comprehensive project plans, including budgets, timelines, and resource allocations
Facilitate project kick-off meetings and provide ongoing guidance to project teams
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed
Serve as the primary liaison with internal teams and external suppliers
Ensuring effective communication and collaboration
Challenge existing proposals and solutions, leveraging expertise to drive innovation and optimization
Requirements
Medior profile required – Min 3-5 years of experience with exposure in 2 or more departments: Engineering, Automation, Operation, MSAT or similar
In-depth technical knowledge of biomanufacturing processes
Advanced project management skills, including creation of automated reporting, adaptation of sequencing, planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement
Experience with Operational Excellence methodologies (Yellow to Green Belt certification)
Strong knowledge of automation systems, including Siemens PCS7
Good understanding of Critical Process Parameters (CPPs), Key Performance Parameters (KPPs), and Process Parameters (PPs)
Proficiency in Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) and Functional Design Specifications (FDS)
Troubleshooting experience (root causes, CAPAs) with problem-solving abilities. Capacity to tackle major technical challenges and to drive innovative solutions
A good understanding backed up by experience of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)
Good leadership abilities, with a collaborative and inclusive approach to team management
