Troubleshoot finishing line performance and quality problems, correcting them and stabilizing performance as they occur
Replenish materials ongoing as materials are depleted
Maintains production, efficiency and quality records related to the finishing / bindery operation
Supports the manufacture of personal products through a continuous production operation, requiring an understanding of work methods and procedures as well as various binding machines
Work is typically routine, although some discretion may be allowed

Print & Mail Production Background Familiarity with print workflows, mailpiece formats (letters, flats, postcards), and USPS postal regulations.
Machine Operation Experience setting up and running high-speed finishing equipment (inserters, folders, cutters, stackers, unwinders, stitchers, binders).
Mechanical Aptitude Ability to troubleshoot jams, misfeeds, or alignment issues.
Quality Control Checking for print defects, alignment, correct collation, and address readability.
