Job Description:

Your future employer is a company that has primary involvement in design and construction management of fast-track industrial projects within Malaysia. They are currently seeking experienced BIM talent to join their team to work on a newly acquired semiconductor project.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage the end-to-end BIM implementation process
  • Oversee technical documentation and drawing coordination for tender submissions
  • Develop high-quality 3D models and supporting documents on schedule
  • Coordinate with management to meet project-specific BIM requirements
  • Enforce and maintain the project’s BIM Execution Plan
  • Monitor model health and workflows to ensure deadlines are met
  • Communicate technical requirements effectively with all external project partners and authorities

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture or equivalent
  • At least 3-5 years of working experience related to BIM
  • Junior applicants at 1-3 years experience are encouraged to apply
  • High proficiency in Revit and Autocad
