Job Description:

Gsource Technologies, a prominent design-assist firm in the construction industry, is currently in search of Revit BIM Modeler The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience, with a strong background in BIM & exposure to US & Middle East projects.

Job Responsibility:

Hands on working knowledge in Revit Software
Use of Building information modeling (BIM) to perform Modeling / Design tasks
Produce shop drawings as per details given by clients/team leader/Engineer
Able to meet tight deadline and can handle projects in team as well as individually
Should have sound knowledge from LOD 100 to 500
Coordinate 3D models to resolve collisions with other disciplines using Navisworks
Responsible for BIM standard development, implementation and enforcement
Lead and participate in client meetings & Presentation
Making sure quality standards and checklists are followed for every project

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Engineering
Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in BIM Modeling projects
Experience of using Autodesk AEC package-AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks etc
Ability to do QC and read Architecture, structure & MEPF drawings
